i think it could go either way honestly. you definatley have the SAT scores to get in and your clubs/EC's are really good. The only thing that deters you is the GPA. Now, i dont know if you can find out what your GPA is Weighted but depending on the grades you got in those 3 AP courses, it could have a dramatic effect either way. Based on your stuff though i'd say you have a 80% shot of getting in.

Well im current taking 2 AP's the one i took junior year was Ap macro economics which i got an A- in and a 5 on the ap. My gpa is really weighed down by my freshmen year in which i got a 2.7 this past junior year i had 3.85.

People from my school have been accepted with similar stats. My only advice is to apply as earlier as possible. The earlier you apply, the better you chances! I was accepted to Pitt and visited today. I am pretty sure I am going to study there. Best of luck to you!

I just recently received notification that I have been accepted to UPitt. Your stats look pretty competitive, the only thing that might hurt you is your GPA. However, I have known school systems to have very harsh grading scales that mean the difference between a 3.14 and a 3.81--given the same number grades. It all depends. To give you an idea, these are a few of mine:
SAT- V-700 M-590 W-600
Unweighted GPA- 3.7
Weighted GPA- 3.81
Have taken/am taking a total of 7 APs and many more advanced classes.
Been very involved in athletics and other school activites, (editor for school paper, etc.)
