Acceptance letters?

Has anyone received letters yet from the Nov. 11 audition? I know they said as EARLY as two weeks, but I’m dying to know! Hehe…

No letter received yet

i think they called people who definitely did and definitely did not get accepted, and everyone else has to wait until the auditions are over in march for a letter.

I know for sure that they sent out letters to those who got accepted. I think from the November 11th audition, I want to say they took 7? I am not quite sure though, but somewhere around that number I believe. :) Best of luck!!!!

Last I heard only 1 had been accepted from the November 11 audition. Most everyone else will wait to here until the first week in March. They are not letting many people know early this year. Only about 1 or possibly 2 from each audition. These are mainly the students who have been chosen for acceptance into the Conservatory and who will also recieve a top Talent Scholarship. All others will be placed in a holding file.

Good luck everyone!

Has anybody else that auditioned in November heard anything from this school?

My D auditioned Feb 18 and just got her letter today!

they said at the Mar 1 (the very last) audition that letters from all auditions would be going out in 2 weeks. So I would expect the news no later than Mar 15

My daughter actually auditioned by DVD and got her acceptance letter a couple of weeks ago.

My D and I were on a chat Monday night and all letters will be out in the next 2 weeks. That was positive. But you can always check the status on the SU Online site. We check everyday. She auditioned on the Nov 11 day, and we haven't heard anything since. But keep our fingers crossed. My D really liked the school.

I couldn't get on the SU Online thingy. I talked to the IT people there and they said that only enrolled students are able to get on. I auditioned on Nov 11th too, by the way

Freedom- the school sent you a SU logon and password that is what you are supposed to sign on with.

I must never have recieved that then because I never delete messages that aren't spam. I'll shoot them an email

Freedom----Send an email right to Margie Sobzinski or something like that? :)

The email I got back read so:

Prospective students do not have logins. Once admitted to the school
the admissions office sends out a letter with login names and passwords.
I do not know about the propectives. You can call admissions if you
would like.

Thanks,

My D has a log-in but it always results in an error message. She has received no acceptance to SU or MT but a very generous academic scholarship in the mail today. Not sure what to make of it. Anyone else have this experience?

Hope all of you hear good news. We are just wishing for that acceptance to the MT program!!

Anyone know when we're supposed to hear? When I called them they said that they were going to be getting everyone else's audition results in at the end of the week and then they would be sending out letters almost immediately. This was the first week in March when I called.

I'm confused because last year people heard around March 30/April 1st whereas 2 years ago they heard around March 5th. Might this year be in between?

Freedom, you should be hearing soon. My D got a letter yesterday. She was offered "Acting" rather than MT. It was postmarked 3/14 so you should be hearing soon. We live within a few hours of SU.

Cool. I live about 3 1/2 hours from Shendo, so I guess it should be coming in soon if they sent all letters out lately
