<p>I am pretty glad both of us haven’t heard yet either. But someone else got in as a psych major. They have the exact same stats as me. 3.6 gpa and completed all the prereqs. So i’m getting slightly worried.</p>

<p>@praewa I applied at SJSU for Electrical Engineering…my status there is “Incomplete”, which means that my application is currently being reviewed by them. Weird, I know, but on there site they say this:</p>

I got into SDSU for Mech Engineering. I heard from them like the first week in Feb. I am still waiting to hear from cal poly and sjsu.
I go to cuesta right now in san luis obispo.</p>
<p>@sloME21, Congrats!!! wow. You heard from them really fast. I’m probably going to get rejected because I haven’t heard anything yet and I turned in my application in early October-ish. What is weird is that SLO is your local school and SJSU is my local school but neither of us has heard anything from them. Argh! Is SLO your top choice?</p>

<p>I have a 3.4 gpa but it will go up after this quarter and I also have all the prerequisites and one of the desired. I have also worked over 20 hours a week and am hoping to get a 4.0 this quarter so hopefully that will raise my gpa and if I don’t get in the first time I am going to definitely appeal the decision if I do not get accepted right of the bat because there have been some changes in my life since I have applied that might change their decision.</p>
<p>I applied as Economics, 3.9 GPA, prereqs completed, and still “no determination has been made at this time.”</p>
<p>Nothing back from Pomona either.</p>
<p>i think it is safe to say, for those of us who have not heard back, that we can expect rejection. To those of us with more than adequate stats, Cal Poly strikes again! haha. Good luck on your other options! crossing my fingers for UCSB, otherwise it’s to CSU:Chico for me.</p>

Yes, cal poly slo is my first choice and sjsu is my backup since they also have a great engineering program. Lets hope we hear from them soon! Good luck everyone!</p>
<p>Hello folks ! I am an international transfer applicant from Santa Barbara City College for Business Administration. I haven’t heard back from Cal Poly yet, I got accepted last week into SDSU Business-Finance without even sending my transcrips which I found weird. I see that a lot of people are considering their extracurricular activities but as far as I remember the application for transfer never asked about any essay or extracurricular so I wonder where you guys had the opportunity to put this information down. I have a 4.0 US college gpa and a lot of extra curricular (which I didn’t have the opportunity to inform them about). The only thing I am worried about is that I am taking 2 math classes Stats and Calc this semester with a total of units 21 to complete the 60 required for transfer which can make my application less worth since 21 is “far” from completed even if I will have completed it after this semester.</p>
