What are the acceptance rates for different departments in NYU for external transfer students?

If I apply to School of Professional Studies, would I be able to transfer to Stern?
How big of a chance do I have to transfer to Accounting from Economics major?

From what I heard, it’s extremely hard for people to transfer out of the School of Professional Studies and the chance of you being able to do that is really unlikely.
