<p>how unlucky you have to be in order for admissions to rescind ones acceptance? and can someone tell me what 2nd semester grade do you have to get to be acceptance rescinded? thanks</p>
<p>it's not a matter of luck... it's a matter of drive.
i've looked through many of your posts and it seems as though all you want to do is scrape the bottom of the barrel.
normally i'm a pretty optimistic guy, but this kind of attitude doesn't sit well with me
i will be the first to admit that i'm by no means a stellar student, but i do what i can and i don't give up.
remember, in the words of Nepoleon "the battle is not won by the strongest or the bravest, but the most enduring"
that's the truth.
if you want KP then you need to radically change how you look at this place. it's not a playground. your momma isn't there to fix all the issues that come up. this is one of the toughest places you could put yourself for 4 years. it's lonely, exhausting, mentally taxing, etc...
if you want to keep pushing and see the rewards, then cowboy up and leave this minimalist attitude behind you. if you don't want to, then go ahead and save yourself the effort and go somewhere else. </p>
<p>don't take that as me being a discouragement. that's not what i'm doing at all. i'm only trying to help. the truth is if you approach KP with this attitude, you won't make it. if you want it, GO GET IT!
no one can tell you that you can't do it but you. on that same note, no one can make you do it but you. you decide. it's your life. as the saying goes
"cowboy up or go home"
you decide.</p>

<p>An appointment will be withdrawn because of the choices you make, thus you make your own "luck."</p>
<p>If you choose to use drugs, drink alcohol, commit crimes, drop out of high school: your appointment will probably be withdrawn. It has nothing to do with being unlucky (unless you believe that getting caught is the "unlucky" part).</p>
<p>(Notwithstanding any unforeseen medical issues that may arise.)</p>
<p>Touche' is2day! Great post. :D</p>
