acceptance through email...what about scholarship offers?

I'm an international student who has applied to uni asking for merit and non-merit based f.a.
I have received my second email saying "congratulations" but no mention about f.a. or schols.
Does this mean that I'm not receiving f.a. or schols in these two schools or do the offers come later through airmail?</p>

<p>Financial aid information usually comes in a later email. It should say something about it on the college’s website.</p>
