Accepted as a transfer

I just received a crapload of papers at my house today that need to be filled out. Most forms I received were the forms First Years get. I think the only thing that I need to do differently is the housing preferences.

Also, I'm not sure if I have to sign up for the Ephventures thing.

Sambino, what was the postmark on this package? I sent in my deposit about a week and a half ago, but havent really gotten anything other than a "hey. we received your deposit" letter.

Ephventures is mostly freshmen. So I'm not sure if you'd feel comfortable doing any of the programs. But you could sign up if you wanted to.
...yeah, the yellow and purple pages...

it was postmarked May 30th.

Yeah most of the stuff I would feel out of place at, but some of it, like the academic advisors, would be very helpful since I know nothing at all lol

thanks for the reply sambino. I also got the package today.. although I feel a little weird because it is all first year stuff. I know it's stupid, but I hope that we're registered as 2010'ers.. or at least in my case.

About these orientation programs, i am guessing that the transfers are included with the first years because there isn't a big enough transfer class to really do something separate.

After reading everything, three years doesn't seem that long anymore, I feel like missing out on a year is going to suck.

It's kinda weird that all the four transfer students i have met at Williams were swim team recruits from D1 schools (2 from Northwestern, 1 from Duke, 1 from U of Florida). So in as wondering whether any of you guys are also swimmers.

Nope. I would consider myself an average student.

swimmer? nope.

Duke? Who's from Duke?

I'm from a CUNY school in NYC.
