how much can we let our grades drop?

I wouldn't let 'em drop significantly. Probably, if you're an A student, it's okay to get Bs and at the very least, high Cs, but they don't want you to get too comfortable. Definitely make sure you at least PASS everything.

Congratulations, guys!

that is awesome, I hope I get to join you soon! do you mind sharing your stats? I mean they obviously got you in!

anyone care to post stats for the RD-ers? :)

Congrats!!!

you guys shouldn't worry so much about the stats people are posting. I just got accepted on Saturday and my stats are a lot different from some of the others I read on here. They aren't kidding when they say that GPAs, test scores, and resumes aren't everything, especially at Davidson. It's about who you are as a whole person. I know that my essays and recs are what put me over the top. I'm in the middle of all the middle 50 stats and while there are a few impressive aspects to my resume, that's not what got me in. So breathe. You'll end up getting in where you're meant to and worrying about the others who already did won't do you any good. Good luck with everything.

My d was just accepted EDII and is over the moon~~!!
