What are chances of acceptance (with perhaps some merit money) for an out of state students with good scores (1300 CR/Math ; 30 ACT)?

<p>@tpcrd66 It is way better to used the common app, at least it was for me. I would go with a Media/Communications program. It is a growing field with endless possibility.</p>
<p>To the people accepted to Plattsburgh-when did you get your decisions? Online mine still says Decisions are not displayed at this time.</p>
