Any opinions or advice will be greatly appreciated.

You're in Maryland (especially if instate, but probably even if not.) I don't know about Honors, but probably that, too. At least, your stats are close enough to mine that I hope you get honors. ;)

I should clarify that MA is Massachusetts. Unfortunately, I am not In-State.

Knowing that I am out-of-state, do you still think that I will be accepted into the University of Maryland?

Sorry, I missed that (I know that MA is Massachusetts, lol.)

Anyway, yeah, I still think you're in.

okay - you had ME wondering if you needed a psych examination - anyway - most recent stats on their website at http://www.oirp.umd.edu/publicProfiles/sat_scores.cfm
unless you were an axe murderer in your sophomore year, looks like you're in to me

GGT, do you know if the average GPA Maryland posts is weighted or unweighted?

I'm sure they use weighted as reported by your school - so I would imagine their OIRP reporting is weighted

its definitely weighted.

There was a big fuss last year about how maryland was bragging about how heigh their incoming GPA was without mentioning that what they were issuing to the media / public was really a WEIGHTED GPA, whereas most schools release their unweighted.
