Accepted to many schools, now I cant decide.

I was accepted to:

Stanford, MIT, University of Pennsylvania, Columbia, University of Chicago, Rice, Northwestern, Emory, and Notre Dame.

Now I can't decide on where to go.

I'm on an undecided major, I was at first leaning towards engineering but now anymore. I'm more well rounded and like all from math to literature.

My top choices are now Stanford, MIT and UofChicago.

Awesome. Congratulations.

I would choose Stanford, Columbia or Chicago, depending upon where you want to live and the financial package. It would be a tough call, you should visit all three if you can. I would probably opt for Stanford but it would be a tough call.

sounds like Stanford.

Out of your top choices, I would scratch out MIT because despite its excellent business and social sciences, it is more science/engineering oriented and not a place for literature lover. Stanford and University of Chicago are both great schools, but very different schools in terms of student life. If you like the quirky, intellectual, life of the mind atmosphere/students, then U of Chicago is more for you (not to say Stanford students aren’t intellectual). If you like a more laid back, party-ish atmosphere, then Stanford is better. Also, consider the different cities. Do you like cold climates or warm climates? West Coast or Midwest culture?
They are both excellent schools, and you can’t go wrong with either, so it’s more about the fit of the school than its academics and prestige.
However, if you think that you might go back to engineering, then U of Chicago is out because they don’t have engineering. Then the obvious choice is Stanford because it has excellent engineering programs and excellent arts programs.

Stanford would be the best match according to your interests above. Chicago doesn’t offer engineering majors and MIT, despite claims to the contrary by current students and administration, is not really well-rounded.
