ahh i'm sooo sorry if i made anyone feel horrible..man i'm just really bad at comforting people. just know that i was in your guys' position this WHOLE week..i felt like killing myself everytime the mail came without something from USC, but then i finally got it yesterday so i just want you guys to have hope toooo!!!

bluebeard, i'm not sure if i'm going to usc. it's a GREAT deal cause i think i'm getting national merit, so it's definitely one of my top choices. but my parents want to me to go into an accelerated med program..maybe ill meet you at an explore usc!

I don't want to get my hopes up again...
but I can't HELP but to HOPE. grrr...

and you always hear about the wave of letters sent out so you know they might be coming... but then you don't know if you are receiving one so grrr....
this sucks.

I got my acceptance letter on the 29th of Jan., and I go to school in New Hampshire, which is just about as far inside the continental US that you can get from LA. Call me dense, but I didn't realize it was an acceptance letter until I opened the folder and read the first line, because I thought I was going to find out in April!

stressed0out, I think you need to chillll. There really is no reason at all to worry yet; the bulk of acceptances have yet to come. Me, and many others, got their acceptances in late March despite applying by the scholarship deadline. If it is April, and you still haven't heard anything, then you have reason to worry.

I agree with sfgiants. D did not receive her acceptance until late in March and she applied before 12/10. So, stressed out.........stop stressing. You still may have a ways to wait. :)
