Junior Year-

Third Year French 5/maybe 6
Organic Chemistry 5/6
AP Physics 5/6

EC's (Just the major ones)

Summer job at a small company, helped them make a website, isn't much though

I'm guessing my PSATs were something like high 60s/lows 70s verbal, 80 math, low-mid 70s writing. My SAT II (IIC and Chem) are both 800's.

I can definetly get great rec's.

In/out at:
Harvard
MIT
Caltech
Stanford
Princeton
Dartmouth

Also, RSI, SSP?

come back in a year when you've taken the real SAT's and can put your overall gpa for 9-11 grade.

Well, what if you assume my SAT is around 2150 (750M/700/700). I've been getting that on practice tests. Also, assume my GPA remains the same.

Are you a junior? Don't worry about college admissions to this extent til you're ready to apply, you'll have a much better idea of your chances and of what you're interested in then...

Right now it's even more speculative than it is when you're a second term senior

u know u need a 'peer' recomendation for Dartmouth? That's annoying.

Ouch, that would be. I wonder how many people give it to their imaginary friend?

I know I want to go into science.

How about RSI and SSP?

Bump Bump Bump

bump (chars)

i applied to phillips andover. i live in haverhill. i got waitlisted:( o and by the way i definitely think you will be accepted to all schools on your list. Your stats are extraordinary.

wow giving confidence is one thing... but all the schools? certainly decent chances, but still unknown if you'll get in

Whats so extraordinary about them? And also, what about RSI and SSP?

phillips is like the best school in the nation, with the brightest students, and ur getting like nearly flawless grades. you have great extracurriculars, and u went to RSI, and your SAT scores look very solid. i honestly do u think u could get into almost any school.

and u went to RSI

He's applying right now. He's a junior.

Harvard - out
MIT - in
Caltech - in
Stanford - iffy
Princeton - out
Dartmouth - in

Hmmm...., I'll take that. Any thoughts on RSI or SSP?

You say "parents from Middle East" as though that is part of your qualifications to help you get in. It's really not that unique.

o my bad on the rsi..misread. anyway yeah u still have a great shot.

Well I thought that might make me a sort of minority, but then again I guess not.

Could anyone here give any comments about RSI and SSP chances?

No chance at RSI. Try your luck at SSP instead.

NO chance? Why not?

all you have are academics. anything else? awards? internships?
