Accepted!

2 for 2 so far. UVM and Drexel. I don't know why I'm posting this but I'm really excited!!! How is everyone elses luck?

congratulation, two wonderful schools. you should be excited.

Congratulations! I’m still waiting…

Drexel here also! That was my free application. Even with my scholarship they are more expensive than in-state!

thanks! it’s exciting getting accepted. best wishes to you all.

congrats! none of my schools have notified me yet so i’m still waiting anxiously!

where have you applied so far?

Elon University (first choice, ED!), University of South Carolina (honors), College of Charleston, High Point, and UConn

Where have you applied??

the only other school has been dartmouth (ED). If I got in there it would be a dream come true. If I don’t get accepted to Dartmouth then I’ll also apply to Boston University, Syracuse, Suny at Buffalo, and Stonybrook University

I went and looked at BU and loved it!! I’m also considering applying (if I don’t get into Elon).

xbuddyx3: soon enough!!!

I got accepted to Tulane, plus they gave me a 100K scholarship. I’m seriously considering the school. Went there and loved it. Anyone out there considering Tulane?

rodney, i know, i’m SO EXCITED!!

Dungareedoll, Tulane and BU are the 2 schools I will apply to if I don’t get into my first choice. Tulane, New Orleans, and a 100k scholarship = amazing!!

Congrats, it’s a great feeling. I’m 2 for 2, too! But I won’t hear from my number until March =(

pfips- just noting that the selectivity difference between your reach (Dartmouth) and next school (BU) is pretty huge. Why not some schools in the middle of these two like BC?

@slipper One of my “conditions” for school choice is that they had to have neuroscience and biomedical engineering or some form of it. Also, since I’m aware that my academic interests could change in college I also wanted schools that had a lot of opportunities to take different classes and switch majors. Not many schools have neuroscience and biomedical engineering (like Boston College) so it narrowed my choices. If you have any suggestions, I would welcome them. :)

@aspire where were you accepted to?

Ohio State and University of Minnesota. But I really wanna go to University of Washington.

oh cool. I don’t really no much about any of those schools. I stayed in the northeast pretty much.

Ohh, well I’m from the northeast (kinda close to Drexel, actually), so my main criteria for schools was getting really, really far away from home.

Good luck with your other college letters =)

University of Edinburgh (unconditional) and University of Warwick (conditional). You guys probably don’t know what I’m talking about, tho. :)
