Accepted!!!

I checked my online status today and received the amazing news that I was accepted to MSU!!! I was actually very surprised that I received a decision so quickly considering the fact that BOTH my GPA and SAT scores were below the average. I believe my extra curricular activities, letters of recommendation, and personal statement were the things that helped me in getting admitted. Here are my stats:

Out of state
3.3 GPA
1050 SAT math and critical reading

Lots of extra curricular activities such as basketball, key club, community service, student council, spanish club, etc. Also won state awards as a writer for my school's newspaper.

Congrats! Any ideas for a major?

Can someone help me out I’m a little bit confused? I got into MSU as a Marketing Major does that mean that I got into the Broad School of Business?

Go to the MSU page and start a new thread- you’ll get more responses :). But no, I don’t believe you are. You need to have junior standing to apply to Broad IIRC.
