Access to Graduate Schools?

I keep hearing that undergrads have access to these schools. Is this true? And if it is, does it include the med school? What would be the advantage of having access? Sorry but I'm a little confused...

Anyone?..

Access? What do you mean? An undergrad history major can access the same faculty and research materials as a Graduate student. Undergrads can petition to be in some grad level courses. Med school? I can’t imagine any at all since the vetting is much more intense.

Thank you for replying. I just heard someone say something about this and thought it was Yale-specific.

I’ve taken a School of Management course and a Graduate history course so far at Yale. You can take as many Graduate Arts/Sciences classes as you want, and up to 4 Business/Med/Law/Forestry/Etc. classes. They are reasonably easy to get into unless they are popular small/capped classes.
