<p>There's a lot of talk about getting a job at the big 4 firms for accounting. How much is the average salary in Los Angeles and how much can a person expect to climb in 4 years? (salary-wise)</p>
<p>From what I've gathered the Big4 accounting firms, start at about 45-50k depending on location plus a signing bonus. After a few years, they either move on to something new, or go to business school.</p>
