<p>My s is very interested in the liberal arts experience, however, being ever pragmatic, I would like gainful employment upon his graduation. Accounting seems to offer many varied and outstanding possibilities but requires 150 hrs in order to sit for the CPA exam. Without taking any accounting courses during his tenure at Gettysburg, he would have to go two years to an MBA program (that's 6 years at ~$50k/yr just for sit for the CPA exam).
He may decide to go to law school or ?? after Gettysburg, but if he's interested in pursuing accounting with the benefits fo Gettysburg is there any place he can supplement his G'burg courses with an affiliated college that offers accredited courses in accounting?</p>
