accurate princeton review score?

okay im gonna be a senior this fall and im taking the act sept 12. i just took a timed reading practice test out of the princeton review book and scored a 34! should i be siked or is the pr not that accurate? i feel like the strategies the pr gives for rdg have really helped seeing that the last time i took the act was in january and only scored a 27 rdg.

from what i know, princeton review is about equal to the real thing or a little bit harder. id be decently siked = P. what strategy does pr give for the reading section?

Uh, I think that you probably have a chance at getting around a 30+ on the real thing with that on the PR practice test.

I would trust it, although get The Real ACT prep guide, the red book, and you can get the most accurate idea of what you will score on the real test, since they use actual ACT’s.

I love the PR book. I feel that it’s somewhat accurate, or a bit easier.

yeah ive gone thru the red book too…not as helpful w/ strategies but very good practice tests. for the PR strategy you just look for the questions with “significant” words (names, places, specific things) and then circle them in the passage itself. after that (some 1.5) mins later you just lightly read the txt paying close attention to your circled key words and answer the questions WITH EASE. this strategy is workin awesome for me…you just have to be a moderately quick reader (nothing special) n you finish with easlily 2-3 minutes extra every time.
