<p>Hey Guys! i just got my October ACT score.
English 27
Math 31
Reading 22 (the worst part. :( )
Science 24</p>

<p>Composite: 26.</p>

<p>My September score was 25, and June was 24. GOSH. what is it!!!! .it was too low for NYU Stern, but i already submitted my appliction for ED. not even a chance to get in. i have to give up Stern. Anyways, i ma gonna take another one in December, just for other colleges. i actually studied before the tests, and i was familar with the format and everything. i did a lot of practices on reading, but it was still like 22. I actually felt I did a lot better on the October one, but it only went up by 1 point. so disappointed. and i just don't know what i m gonna do now. all those tips on prep books didn't work for me. December is my last chance, i know it might sound hilarious, but i dunt wanna get 27!!!!!!! Btw, i'm an Canadian student, and my first language is not English. ;) Guys. Plz. help me.</p>

<p>Im in the same exact position only my highest is a 25 and i need a 28… just keep on studying. Read a lot of books … English is also not my first language so i do really bad on that section but you seem to get the hang of it …just read read read and keep reading.You will get whatever score you want if you don’t give up and keep trying</p>

<p>I have a teacher that english was not her first language. She cam from South Korea her junior year. I not sure how it works but, she got them to throw her her english and reading score and only go by her science and math. Which, she had a 36 on both… Am not sure how it works but u might want to check into that. It might have something to do with the college she went to. I have no clue.</p>
