<p>So after doing so-so on the SAT, I talked with some people and they all believed that the ACT was more geared for someone like me.</p>

<p>I know that the amount of times you take the test isn't shown so I wanted to start off and see how well I do ASAP. The closing period for registration has closed but the website says there is stuff i can do. should i try to call them and see if i can register directly? should i just wait till june? has anyone had a similar experience?</p>

<p>you can show up at the test center and try to do standby.</p>

<p>Register for June, then show up at your June test center in April and try to do a test date change.</p>

<p>This gets you in ahead of standby people.</p>

<p>how effective are these methods? like 50-50 shot? less? more?</p>
