I was taking the ACT on December 9th and sending my scores directly to the schools I am applying to, because their apps are due on January 1st. However, it was cancelled because of weather. I have yet to receive an email from ACT about the makeup test date and I’m concerned that I won’t be able to get these scores to the schools I am applying to. Would college admission offices be understanding to this situation?
Yes, Weather is considered an “act of God” totally out of anyone’s control. Email your admissions counselors at the schools and explain why your scores will be there later than planned.
