@killer
How did you view them if it was only your first time taking it?

I used this guide: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/15224917-post65.html</a> it really works

It didn’t work for me, can you further explain how you did it? Like EXACT… I am sorry, but I keep getting the transaction page and I just want to see them so badly…

@killer
You might as well retake it if you have the option. I also got a 34 my first time, and this second time got a 35 (35E,33M,36R,36S), both times with no prep. Don’t stress out if you can’t get more than a 34 though, it’s still an amazing score

@Flute, first go to this link: [A Student Site for ACT Test Takers | ACT Student](<a href=“The ACT Test for Students | ACT”>http://www.actstudent.org/) , and click on log in. then, log in, and click on “Your Test Dates and Scores” which is on the left side. on the next page, find December 2012 under test date, and verify that on the right, it says “Tested” under the Status. then, click on December 2012, and look at the url. copy the last 8 digits down onto a piece of paper(they should all be numbers). then, put this in your address bar BUT DO NOT PRESS ENTER: https://services.actstudent.org/OA_HTML/actibeCAcdSecCk.jsp?pdf.x=1&regId=TEST_ID_YOU_WANT</a> . replace “TESTIDYOUWANT” with the 8 digit code you copied down, and then click enter. log in to your account, and it should bring you to some page. then, enter this link in your address bar: https://services.actstudent.org/OA</a></em>HTML/actibeCTsdScoresPrt.jsp?pdf.x=1&regId=TEST<em>ID</em>YOU<em>WANT , and again replace “TESTIDYOUWANT” with your 8 digit code. you should see your scores.

2 tips: use one window for this, and use google chrome

@SAT, is it worth it? I got 2020 on the sat, should I just work on improving that?

@killer
You’d be crazy to focus on the SAT, when you clearly do a lot better at the ACT. Colleges will only look at your higher SAT OR ACT score, so you should focus on just one unless they’re both really close. In your case, I’d definitely just retake the ACT and not even worry about the SAT. I actually had a 34 ACT and 2260 SAT before, so I retook both and my 35 ACT was def better than my new 2190 SAT. For you I wouldn’t even bother with retaking the SAT though, just focus on getting a 35 ACT. The only way your SAT would be slightly better than your current 34 would be to get ~2300, and that’s a little out of reach from a 2020

@SAT, but shouldn’t I improve the sat?

Still got “Sorry, your transaction cannot be completed at this time.” :((((((

@killer
No there is absolutely no need to ‘improve’ your SAT. Colleges won’t care about both scores, they’ll only take into account one of them (EITHER the SAT or ACT – Basically the highest score). Plus, most of your colleges will request you only send an official score report from either the SAT OR the ACT, so they’d likely never know what you got on the SAT regardless. But even if you reported everything, they’ll only care about your higher ACT score. The low SAT score will NOT count against you

@SAT. No colleges look at both? And I’m still not sure, I feel that it’s bad to have that SAT…

@Killer
There are colleges that may request all scores to be sent/reported, but I guarantee you that they officially look at your highest score. They’ll only take into account your highest SAT score OR highest ACT score when making their decision. It won’t hurt your chances to leave your SAT as it is. You could probably search up some threads about this too just to make sure. But I’m fairly positive that you’ll be fine

@SAT, it just seems too good to be true…

@killer
haha trust me, colleges aren’t out to screw you up. You can read their exact policies regarding standardized testing on each of their admissions sites if you want to. Your lower SAT score will be ignored and they’ll only take into account your amazing ACT score when making their decision

killerskulz’s link works, and i took it with writing, just to verify for y’all haha
