What do you guys recommend in improving English? I got a 23 on that part of the ACT (my lowest score) and I need to bring it up to about a 28-30 and was wondering if you guys had any tips, guidelines, or books I should look over. Please help

Do a search on this site. There is plenty of really useful advice on this site. English is not hard to improve quickly.
