ACT essay and stuff

Hi. I was wondering if you can view your ACT score online, or does it only come in the mail? Also, can you view the essay you wrote, or will you never see it again? One more thing; how many weeks after you take the ACT will you receive your scores? Thanks.

1) Yes, you may view your score online at [ACT, Inc. : A Student Site for ACT Test Takers](http://actstudent.org) starting June 24th (I’m assuming that you took the June 13th administration).

2) Not really. Your essay is not available to you, but colleges and your high school may view it. ACT has an online program called ACT Essay View ([ACT Essay View](Higher Education Professionals | ACT)) that allows one designated person from your high school to access student essays (ask around your guidance department if you’re interested in seeing your essay).

3) You’ll receive your scores in the mail 5-8 weeks after taking the test.

Thanks. It’s weird how it takes 5-8 weeks to receive scores for the ACT, but only 3 weeks for the SAT.
