ACT Help, Please

Which Prep books were most helpful? I'm taking it on April 9th, and I'm scared.

How much science will I have to know? I heard it is mostly reading comprehension and chart/graph interpretation, is that true?

Any advice or tips would be awesome. <3

I took it Feb. 12. It wasn't too bad, science is easy. You don't have to know science, just how to use scientific reasoning and read charts, graphs, etc. I didn't prep for it, but I've heard Princeton Review has a good prep book.

Get the prep book from the ACT makers; the best way to practice is to take timed real tests. I also took it Feb.12; just pace yourself (I used approx. 9 min/passage on English, 1 min/problem on Math, 8 min/passage on Reading, 5 min/experiment on Science). I also didn't read the passages on Science (except for the one with the two contrasting theories)... And yeah, science knowledge isn't required though it helps you with some of the inference questions.

Good luck!
