ACT Math Timing?

I'm attempting to get my timing down for each section of the ACT, and Math is the one I'm having the most difficult time appropriating the amount of minutes I should use.

So I was thinking I should do a quick run through of the ACT Math section for all the easy questions. Then go back through for the second time and do the questions I know how to do, but it would of taken me a while to do. Lastly, I would go through and do those impossible questions where I would have to sit and think. How much time should I allocate to each step..?

I was thinking:
25 Minutes = Easy
20 Minutes = Average
15 Minutes = **** THIS QUESTION

Are these numbers unrealistic? I want to get my section timing down by tonight so I can go full force on these practice test!

It's kind of stupid that for this test, knowledge doesn't mean anything. The only thing that matters is how fast you can go..

I go to about question 50 in 35-40 minutes and save around 20 mins for the last 10 and for any problems I skipped. If the problem is harder and you can’t do it, skip it then come back around.

Nah, I almost always finish with time on the math section, usually with about 5-8 minutes to check my work…

The last questions are the hardest; they are mostly covered by coordinate geometry or “Trig”.
