<p>OK, so I'm a sophomore. I was originally going to take a PSAT, but then I found out that my stupid school district decided to schedule it the same day as a debate tournament that I'm entered in. As a result, I can't take the test without pretty much forfeiting the tournament.</p>

<p>However, I have a few questions on the PLAN, which is the test that my family is wondering about.</p>

<ol>
<li><p>What are the projected dates? I have another debate tournament the weekend of November 9 and November 10. Will those dates work?</p></li>
<li><p>Will our inbox be flooded with junk mail if I do well? I've heard horror stories about mailbox flooding after the PSAT, but does that apply with the PLAN? My parents want to know.</p></li>

<p>bumping…I’d like to know more about this too. We just found out that our D will be taking the ACT Plan, but I haven’t heard a date yet. We hadn’t planned for the ACT or the PLAN, so hadn’t looked into anything about it. My understanding is there isn’t anything like the merit programs for PSAT that go with PLAN, but is it ok to go in basically cold for the PLAN? Will a lower score than a student might be capable of (due to not prepping) really matter for anything on the PLAN?</p>
