ACT Prep Books

Hey, I'm a currently a junior who is planning to take the ACT in the fall. I was wondering which books (Barron's, PR etc.) would be the best review for the test. Also, do the tests in the The Real ACT Prep Guide reflect the actual ACT?

Uhh...the only book I used was Kaplan, and I think that worked out alright (despite what people say). I found one mistake in the answer explanations, but other than that the book does offer some good strategies.

Dumbstruck--The tests in The Real ACT Prep Guide are real live ACT tests that were retired in the last few years. So, yes.

I'd also recommend PR....The tests in PR are slightly harder than those in the REAL ACT prep guide so it should help you prep better..

Real ACT tests + Princeton Review book/tests, definitely the best combo.

^ cool thats what I have. Its funny, I never ever asked my parents for ACT books. I go to my Dad's library/den room, look on the wall, and what do you know PR and the official book just sittin there..
