ACT Question ASAP!?!?

So I'm getting ready to send my ACT scores.
I took it twice and here is my problem.

I sent it to Yale and Cornell the first time I took it and now I took again !
but I didn't send my scores the second time.
Does it matter if I don't send my lowest score>?

nope it does not.

So EVEN if I reported both test dates on my application it would be ok to send ONLY the highest?

anyone??
I need to know ASAP

Yale: requires all ACT scores to be provided which can be met by sending one official score and putting others on application. However, there appears to be no requirement to send new scores you get after you have already applied and sent scores

Cornell: can submit one official ACT regardless of anything

Can I get a link to where it says that please?
