ACT Question

Someone said that I should take the ACT as many times as it is offered and then just pick which score I want to send to colleges. Will colleges see past tests and will they see how many times I take the test?

From what I understand, no.

bummmmmppppp

For a college to see your scores, you must ask ACT to send a score report. A score report has the scores from one and only one test date. If you want a college to see scores from two test dates, you have to send two reports.

Now, some high schools put your scores on your transcript, and colleges get your transcript; those scores are unofficial, but there's no telling if colleges might use them anyway. So if you don't want anyone to see your scores until you're sure you want them to, don't give ACT your high school code.
