ACT Reading time management

Hello guys,
I am taking the ACT in June and I am through Barron's ACT 36 and The red book(almost). I have been shooting 30+ in math and a little above or equal to 30 in Science. English on the other hand is very inconsistent. Lastly, I take around 10-12 minutes in reading which really drops my score and I ignore that to get my questions right. How can I manage my time? I really want a 30+ in everything. Please, help me. Only 2 weeks are left. Eeeeep!

I’m quite empathetic, because I’m attempting to go from a 28 to a 30/31.

English is frankly formulaic; I got a 33 on it because I just touched up on my basic semantics rules the day before the test.

If you’ve gone through both books, you’ve probably reached your peak in mathematics.

For reading, make sure you don’t subvocalize; read read read!

Science… well it’s honestly similar to the CR section of the SAT. Read/Analyze quickly, and make sure you do it thoroughly.

Good luck!

And what did you get on your essay?

I personally found the science section unlike CR of the SAT. CR was a bummer and it was very annoying. On the other hand, I enjoy the Science Section. And yes, I have been constantly getting above mid 30s in Math. English is inconsistent and reading is just down the drain. I haven’t practiced essays. I plan to do those in the McGraw Hill book. Please, give me advice on reading. Some, trick, tip that can improve my scores. I got a 26 on reading today :’(
