Exactly what specifies if your scores go to your highschool? I didnt see anything when i registered that does that. On the website it says they send it if specified, but when do you accept/deny this offer? And can if be done after you take the test?

It’s the difference between entering your school code on your registration form and not.

Like any other college or institution, you can request that ACT send your score report to your high school at any time. I don’t know why or if it would be beneficial, but good luck!

Yes, you can rescind up until noon on Thursday. Go to the ACT site and sign into your account. Then, choose the prompt “Make changes to your registration.” At the bottom of your registration page, you can select to have the scores sent to your high school, or NOT. Click on the “Change” button, then check the box appropriately.

The ACT sends the scores to your high school automatically, unless you opt out using the above procedure.

My high school didn’t even offer the ACT, so I had to take it at another school. So my high school never received my score. I don’t even know if the school that I took the test at got my score.

I borrowed a test packet from another school (my school was out), and just realized that their school code was on the back of the envelope. Think that will confuse ETS/ACT? Hahaha!
