Aside from my GPA, etc. my main concern is my test scores. There not terrible but also not the best. I need any advice.

I’ve taken exactly three of each test and I was wondering if i should 1. send ACT or SAT and 2. take more upcoming tests (there’s a couple left before applications start this year). Four seems like a lot and i’m afraid taking more tests would look bad. Help i’m kind of stuck with what i should do.
to get into Berkeley or GA Tech… GA Tech super scores so i was thinking to take one more ACT and hardcore focus on Reading but that may look bad to Berkeley soooo idkkk. The only way to get around that is to send my SAT to Berkeley and retake ACT for GA Tech. I guess my main question is which is better to Berkeley my SAT/ACT (my friend has a 35C ACT so i know my scores are less competitive).
For your highest composite ACT score, you actually scored a 30.75, rounding getting you to the 31. To get it to round to a 32, you will need to pick up 3 additional points total to score a 31.5. If you think you can raise your reading score, for instance, I’d say try a 4th time. If you are super scoring for GA Tech (Cal doesn’t do that), you’re at a 32 now.
A 31 ACT is the equivalent of a 1430 on the new SAT (2040 on old SAT). Your top SAT 1420 and ACT scores are almost identical. I can see why you have no clue as to whether to send your ACT or SAT to Cal.
Based on the 2016 Cal freshman profile (sorry, 2017 probably not out yet), an SAT of 1940 (1370 new, 29 ACT) is at the 25%, and 2300 (1560 new, 35 ACT) is at the 75%. However, separate ACT range for those percentiles that they cite is 30-34.
With the scores you have now, my gut says ACT for Cal. D got into Cal with a 31 ACT (took the test once). However, her GPA was well over 4.0 (Cal tends to take a more holistic approach - a slightly lower test score could be balanced out by a stellar GPA).
I live outside of California so that may be disadvantage, however my GPA hovers at a 4.2. If I wanted to increase my chances at Berkeley should I take the sat/act again (fourth time)?
