Whats the biggest jump youve made in your scores.. Ive taken it 3 times and each time ive went up 2 points

First time was in 7th grade, 26
Second/third time in 8th grade without any studying, 27

–2 1/2 years later

This recent september one WITH studying - 32

Congratsss =)))

I’ve gotten 33 three times in a row :(

Well I’ve only taken it twice, and don’t plan on taking anymore.
From June to September

Up 5 points!

Thats really good! Did you study?

Nope.
It was just getting a decent amount of sleep and already knowing how the test works the second time.

in 8th grade i somehow managed to get a 17 haha…for this act i did a couple practice tests and got a 32. that just shows how much ive learned in high school

first time as a junior last february- 27 (low for my standards)
on this sept one i got a 31!! english score jumped 7 points!! hahaha im so hype. all you need to do is study grammar rules and stuff.
I’m taking october one, hoping for 32!

Well, this isn’t based only on ACT’s, but in 9th grade, I took a test called the EXPLORE test, which would predict my ACT score, like you add 6 points to the explore test to get a predicted ACT, and my predicted was like a 23 (so i got like a 17 on the explore test haha), then the next year, I took the plan test, and got a predicted ACT of like 26, then the next year, an IACT or something, some retired ACT the school made everyone take, and I was predicted to get a 31, and finally I ended up with a 33 on the real ACT, and am retaking it in October. And this increase is without studying for the ACT’s, I just learned a lot I guess.

33->35. Only jump I’ve ever had My science went up 6 points though.

My daughter’s score went up 3 points from June. She was tutored in math all summer. Her math only went up 2 points, but her reading jumped 4 points. I can’t figure these tests out! The only thing I’ve learned is that if you keep taking them, the odds are on your side.

I’ve taken it twice (April and September) and my composite remained the same, but my science jumped from 27 to 33! :)

I jumped from 23 composite to 28.25 composite (SUCKS, 1 more point on any section and I had a 29).
I improved english by 7, math by 4, reading by 7, and science by 4 :)

My biggest jump in an individual section was in Reading. I went from a 24 to a 33. (:
I did increase in all 4 subjects though.

I first took it in June and got a 24 Composite,
studied for a little more than a month and got
a 30 on the September ACT, so went up 6 points!
30 English
31 Math
30 Reading
27 Science
Overall, im pretty impressed by my scores, but am probably going to take it one more time for a 32
The English curve on this one was HARSH, was scoring about 33s in PR, 33s in Reading, this test i ran outta time and guessed on about 5 on the Prose, I suppose a decent reading curve.

Well,

Composite : +1
English : -4
Math : + 3
Reading : + 1
Science : + 4

(First time: Feb. 2009 (31) , Second time: Sept. 2009 (32) )

So, my biggest jump has been in science.

-ACT 31 ( 12th Grade)
English: 29
Math: 32
Reading: 33
Science: 30

-ACT 29 (11th Grade)
English: 27
Math: 34
Reading: 31
Science: 25

April ACT: 28
June ACT: 28
September ACT: 32

so, overall, my score jump was +4!

for individual sections from june to september…
English: +4
Math: +3
Reading: +5
Science: +1 (ugh)

i went from a 33 to a 36.
6 difference in the science section.
