ACT score of 31

I've seen two charts comparing ACT to SAT.
One says a 31 ACT is equal to a 1360-1400.
The other says a 31 ACT is equal to a 1400-1450.
Which is more accurate?

is the 1400 from the UC table?

many articles i've read state the table published in the late 90s found on the collegeboard website are out of kilter on the low side by about 60 points, so the 1400 would make sense.

31 is a fine score but it won't gtee an admit. i know one kid who was rejected from ND with a 32/33.

Yes, the 1400-1450 is from the UC table.

my last message english is incorrectly phrased. i should proof read before submitting.

Can you please post the link to the UC table?
