I messed up and forgot to send in my ACT scores until today. They will not be in by the 1/15 application deadline (tomorrow.) Will this be a problem? Will this cause me to be rejected?

I hope not :(

You did your best. Also universities understand that standardized scores are not usually under applicant’s control so let them think it was ACT’s fault for not getting your scores in on time.

It’s highly unlikely that a few days past the deadline will make any difference. The deadline is so the admissions people can get everything in the files and start working on completed applications, but there are so many others that are ready to evaluate that yours waiting a few more days is not likely to make any difference. I wouldn’t give it a second thought. If you want to, give the Admissions Office a call and ask if it will make any difference. I very much doubt it will matter. You can relax.
