University not receiving ACT scores??

Ok, I applied to this university 2 weeks ago. The scholarship deadline was December 3rd. I had ACT electronically send my scores exactly a week before the deadline (It was only so late because I decided to apply late on). The same time I sent my scores to this IN-STATE university, I sent them to an out-of-state university. The out-of-state college received my scores in 3 days, whereas the in-state schools claims to still not have them!! I tried emailing them a week ago and got no response. Then, I called Monday (the deadline) and was told they were updating their communication system and not to worry because they probably had them and just hadn't inputted them yet. The lady on the phone also told me that they had another girl with my same name applying there. Anyway, so I just shrugged it off and went on with my week until I received a letter today from the university saying that they could not make a decision on my acceptance because my application is incomplete due to missing ACT scores. I tried calling, but there office is closed right now. I settled for emailing them, but I am still just really upset right now. I do not want to lose my full ride there (guaranteed based on my stats) because of this fluke. I know that they should have received my scores by now! My question is, do you think there is a way that this college got my scores mixed up with the other girl who has my same name? I just don't know what else I can do about this situation. Any advice? Thanks!

There is a good chance that the college did not receive your score because of the name mix up. Both schools I had applied to did not receive my SAT/ACT scores for similar reasons, and I would suggest that you keep calling the admissions office at the university and explain the situation. However, if you e-mailed them then perhaps just wait for their response and again explain the situation to them. If you did send your scores then they should have them in their records.
