Hey guys,
I just got my scores today! A 34! I'm so happy--I'm not going to retake it. And it was my first time too.
How did everyone do?
Oh yeah, do any of you know if it's OK that I sent my scores to the colleges now, since I took it in Feb.? Do the colleges throw out scores after each year?

28.....stupid 23 on science...any help for science portion for when i retake?

I havent taken the ACT yet im being realistic with my self and my perfect score would be a 27. Does any one have ANY sugestions of what prep I could use that really works? I have about 2 full months to prep, but ANY advice would be helpful...... congrats Ivy Hopeful, and Sheed30 I think your score was also good, I hope you find the help you seek for the science portion.

to colleges, is the composite score more important than the individual scores in each subject?

Sheed30, I'm not great on the evil science section either b/c I only got a 31, but my advice for you is to not read the passages. Go straight to the questions, and just look for the answers in the passage. That way, you don't waste any time. That's what I did.

noelle08, what I used for prep was the Official Guide to the ACT, which has a review and advice for each section, and 3 real practice tests. I also used Princeton Review. There advice in the reading and science sections really helped, I believe.

gkirsh, I'm not sure, but I think so. Colleges always just list composite scores of entering freshmen as opposed to indivual scores in each section.

oh ok because i did alright in english and math but i did pretty badly in science and reading

32, but if I get a 33.25 (133 total), I get state regent's scholarship to any school in-state.

Guess who's retaking!

congrats lildude
