ACT Scores - Urgent! Please Help!

So I have come across a difficult situation recently. On the CommonApp it asks you for your highest ACT scores in each individual category respectively (english, math, reading, science).
Here's my problem...

On one test I scored a 33 in math, but my overall ACT score was a 28.
On another test I scored a 31 in math, but my overall ACT score was a 32.

I am applying to some very prestigious schools and would not like them to see my 28, I'd rather just have them see the 32 only and a lower math score. I don't know what to choose. Should I just post 31 as my highest math score on the common application and just send in my ACT of that date only? Is that a wise choice? Otherwise i'd have to send both ACTs to all my school and they'd see my 28 as well. Please help. Thank you.

Self report your scores however you feel comfortable doing that and then send in the required official scores. They really only care about the required official scores.

Thank you for your input. However, I talked to my counselor today and she said that colleges just want to see your maximum capability in each subject, they don’t care about your other scores cause everyone has “off days”. She told me not to worry about a thing and just send them all in, I don’t know though. Any more input after hearing that?
