My ACT score will jump from a 26 probably to a 30+ this Saturday. I heard the large score increase can lead to a potential flagging. I will be happy to take their option of retaking the ACT and getting within 3 points of my questioned score; I have no problem with this and I think it will be easy. My only concern is that they will send a letter to the colleges that I sent my scores to saying that my score was under a review. Can anybody give me confirmation as to wether the ACT sends colleges letters of reviews or cancellations? Thanks.
Let’s see what ACT has to say:

Now, you can choose to believe it or not believe it. But soliciting contrary opinions before one even has a score (as is the hypothetical case here) seems like a useless waste of time and energy. Good luck.
