So I got a 2160 (700 CR, 710 M, 750 W) super score on the SAT (2140- 690 M one sitting)
I just took the ACT for the heck of it and got a 31 composite ( 31 Reading, 33 Math, 29 Writing- 8 Essay, and 30 Science)

Should I submit my ACT score or nah? I normally would say def no because it's way lower than my SAT score but I got a 33/36 in math which is better than a 710/800 on the SAT

SAT only, but I heard that some schools dont require SAT subject tests, too, if you submit the ACT instead, so if your SAT subjects are not as good as you want them to be, submit just the ACT.

To sum it up, your SAT > your ACT, so you’ll want to submit that instead most of the time

Completely agree with Goat. Your SAT is about 100 points better than your ACT when converted, so SAT is the way to go.
If you want to and have time, you could always try the ACT again if you feel you can improve significantly.
