Is it true that Math in ACT is easier than in SATI? And what about English?

Define "easy." The ACT math covers more content than the SAT math. On the other hand, ACT math questions tend to be more straightforward and canonical than those on the SAT.

Do you also get more time on the ACT maths section?

No; ACT Math Section has 60 questions in 60 Minutes.
SAT Math Sections generally have around 19-20 questions each in a 25 minute section.

However, ACT tends to ask questions with less tricks and are more straightforward. SAT questions are generally more convoluted and require some thinking to find what the question is generally asking for.

(33 ACT Math, 660 SAT Math)

ACT math IMO is by farrrrrrrrrrrrr easier. Sure you need to know some basic Trig. but the questions they ask actually make sense! It's quite a novel idea actually... testing questions people can understand....hmmmm

I think every aspect of the act excluding the english section is harder than the sat
