ACT vs. SAT: which did i score higher on?

okay i could probably figure this out if I took the time to do the math, statistics, etc. but i'm just too gosh darn stupid to get it right...lol so can somebody please tell me if i did better on the SAT or the ACT:

SAT: m-680 v-690 w- 680

ACT: composite-30
e-31 m-32 r-29 s-27

and also, i'm interested in biology but my science score was terrible on the ACT...i think my ACT scores are okay though, but maybe I shouldn't submit them if i also plan to list biology as an intended major...any input on that? i'm taking biology E/M in the sat II's this fall so i guess we'll see how that goes. thanks for any advice.

according to the concordance table that many schools use, you did marginally better on the SAT (ignore writing). A 30 act converts into a 1340 SAT. Most adcoms would note that there is little significant difference between +/- 30 points on the composite SAT.

But, yes, mentioning a science major with a relatively low science score is not in your best interests. OTOH, if you could raise the act science score, you might bump that ACT up to 32, or 1420 SAT equivlalent.
