I thought you were applying this cycle?
Why do u need a 36? Just curious.
Good luck!
Harvard and Yale accept the February ACT test. @Lizabethhh I feel ya, I’m in the same boat! I got a 30 on my act (twice) and I am trying to improve my score too. Good luck!
Science section- don’t read the opening paragraph. Read the questions, then reference the provided graphs.
Reading- don’t get too bogged down by the passage and the questions. I was always tight on time for this section. When I got to a question I was unsure about, I picked what seemed to be the right answer and moved on. (I got a 35 on that section surprisingly)
I am applying this cycle but Yale allows you to take the ACT in Feb.
Thank you so much ! This was extremely helpful
Thank you ! You too
Hey! Don’t be afraid to get a tutor! I know it may be looked down upon by intelligent students who have great grades in school (as I am sure you do), but it REALLY helped me! I only took the ACT twice and went from a 32 to a 35. I would recommend looking at your score report from the first test you took and seeing what areas you need to improve on the most. Then, look for a tutor that best suits that section. However, keep studying for the other sections to ensure those don’t decrease the second time you take it. I hope this helps! Good luck, you’re going to kill it!
thank you so much
