<p>No...they don't really convert. That was just to give you an idea. If you look at the following link, Penn's 25th percentile for ACT is a 30. So 27 is below 25% for them.</p>
<p>31 is 2040. That is better than a 27, but if you look at the percentiles, it's clearly not a sure bet.</p>
<p>Remember the conversions aren't necessarily accurate. They are a rough idea.</p>
