Activity Summary Preview Borked?

So I was planning on submitting my USC Application tonight, but when I preview it, my Activity Summary is in like size 36 font. It's really disconcerting. Is anyone else having this problem. And if not, what could be causing it?

Dear Step,
Is it happening on anything else you are working with or just the SC application? This is the first time I recall anyone posting about problems with a font.

Perhaps one of our computer experts will come on soon and be able to give you some help.

just had to come here and say… “borked”… ha ha!
You’re in for using that correctly in a sentence.
Fight On!

When I preview my application, I also get the huge font. The server was extremely slow and error messages kept on popping up so I disregarded it and submitted it as soon as I got it to work. I think it should be an error in their system? hopefully. Just for assurance, I will also email USC to let them know about the “borked” font. AHH!

The same thing was happening to me at one point. I’ve downloaded my application multiple times since then. Sometimes it’s big, sometimes it’s not. I don’t think you should be worried at all.

I got the huge font in my activity list, but not any other places.

same here, only the activities got borked. My admissions counselor said don’t sweat it, it’s not a problem if that happens. They’re very chill about that kind of thing

I got that too. I’m sure it’ll be fine.

It is happening to me too. I believe you can still print your application even after sending it. So, hopefully, after opeining it after December 1, USC will fix the problem and we will be able to print everything in peace and keep them for our records without the large 36 font

I suggest those who had problems with formatting print out a very pretty version of their activity summaries and pop them in the mail with a brief (word-processed-and-spell-checked-no-more-than-one-line) note saying there were format errors on your application.

**Include your name and USC ID#/B.

I would normally suggest FAXing, and that is a possibility, but the FAX lines will probably be tied up all day.

If you mail, include a self-addressed, stamped postcard they can drop in return mail so you know it was received.

One other option - attach the pretty version of the activity summary to an email and send it to your admissions counselor with a very brief note about the format problem.

Good luck!

THEY FIXED IT THIS MORNING
Just re-download and it will be fine
Mine turns out to be 8 pages ALL TOGETHER w/ essays, grades, and etc.

Yup, it’s fixed! Mine was 18 pages total with the huge font…lol.
