Do you rely care when we send in the app.? I mean, will colleges see promptness as dedication or do they realize that it just takes som ppl more time to perfect their essays?... Cuz I rely feel like im behind... If you do care when we send it in, what is the actual deadline... I mean at what date do you start saying "Ok, this guy really isnt dedicated to JHU"?...
I understand that exact date is a bit specific, but an estimate...

Honestly, I think November 1st the option for ED will disappear from the selections. But that of course is just what I think...

EARLY DECISION DEADLINE = NOVEMBER 1
REGULAR DECISION DEADLINE = JANUARY 1

Every application that meets these deadlines will be reviewed the same way. We don't care if an application was received months before the deadline or submitted the day of the deadline. (Though we do recommend not procrastinating). Just make sure you meet the deadline ... late applications will not be considered.

i sent my SAT scores from collegeboard on wednesday oct 31, will that still make it in on time for reviewing?

No need to worry. The deadline for standardized test scores was a request deadline, meaning you need to request your scores be sent prior to the application deadline. If you requested your scores on 10.31 they will arrive in more than enough time to be reviewed with your application.
