was it the real SATs?

It was a practice one from BB

^Which test was it? Did you make silly mistakes or were you just off that day? If it was hard for you, I might want to try that one the next time I do a practice test because since you are so good at CR.

It was test 4. I think it was mainly because I was overconfident and didn’t check my work. That’s why I missed 2 math questions on test 3(which destroyed my chances for a 2400).

wow you guys are good. I’m barely hitting 2200

at least you guys didn’t do it on the real SATs, i did worst on the real ones than I had ever before.
i even got 2300 before studying

test 4 on old blue or new? I did all of them already, but I just want to check if I should go back and redo the hard ones (did the tests last year so I probably forgot most).

2300 is phenomenal. I’m at 2220 and taking it in Jan and March, so I’m hoping for that kind of score by then

Test 4 in the New book(the one with 10 tests).

Thanks, I’ll give it a shot tonight or tommorow.

My highest Blue Book SAT practice test was 2260, but I scored a 231 on the PSAT and a 2360 on the October 9 SAT.

Do you guys do the essays in the practice SAT tests and if yes, how do you grade them?

^^ Sometimes I just give the essay an 8. Other people will copy and type it on this site. Beware though; people grade way too hard on here.

My practice tests in the 6 weeks before I took the October SAT ranged from 2170 to 2340, though not always in increasing order. I ended up with a 2400 on the real SAT, though I tend to always score better on the real thing than in practice. My March SAT was a 2210, when I’d usually be scoring around 2100 on the practice tests.

My practice tests range from 2150 to 2200. Unlike many posters here I failed to perform under pressure, receiving a 2070 on the Dec 4 test. Hopefully it was a fluke (I think it was because I’ve never missed 5 math questions on a test before), but I will try to get more sleep beforehand.

My PSAT was a 150 and my SAT was a 1940 so I don’t think the PSAT is very accurate (and no I didn’t study in between the two).

For a while, my practice scores stayed at 2270-80, and I scored one 2330. I take one every Saturday morning, but I missed one weekend, and all of a sudden, I’m struggling to stay above 2200. I hope to score above a 2300, but I don’t think it’s likely at this point.

My parents won’t let me retake the test if I score above a 2250 anyway (because any improvement won’t make the difference between an acceptance or rejection).

Where do you think you can get the tests that are most like the SAT?

^
From the Blue book

anyone else?
