It is 6:35 and JTF says "You do not have a valid enrollment appointment at this time." Why?

idk but i hate cornell right now.

For this year they said it will be up "by 10." So they can activate it anytime between now and then, but they're not saying exactly when so the servers don't get jammed.

great so its pressing 'f5' until then......

Is jtf always this frozen? Do upperclassmen get priority in a queue or bandwidth or something? I signed up for two classes then it's been stuck on loading/processing for half an hour.

yeah...i cant even log in

anyone getting this message?

Failure of server APACHE bridge:

No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF.

yeah i got that also. but now it's back to the sign in page and no further than that.

is it working for anyone yet?

I want to kind of destroy the registrar office right now I'm so frustrated.

Oh, and the financial aid office too.

gah!

i still can't log in. any1 else with the same problem? ***.

is it like this every year?? This is so ridiculous. Why can't Cornell adapt to a different system other large universities use? Even my community college back home had a better class registration system than this.

I am still unable to log in

Im seriously gonna punch something right now

welcome to cornell

at least I am not the only one! but I want to go do something it's pretty out today (like it has been all week) and I don't feel like being stuck here having peoplesoft tell me to turn on my cookies even though they definitely ARE on. then I click "log in" even though I don't know what that would mean, and it assumes I'm finished.

(btw peoplesoft is such a creepy name. do they power their machines there with the energy from humans running on treadmills? or perhaps it's a case like soylent green? all I can think of is soft and squishy people.)

This sounds like the exact same problem Cornell had with PeopleSoft during the pre-enroll period....but I never had to experience it.

I never had issues with the old enrollment system....so this is news to me. Good luck guys...hope it works out :-)

Still can't get on. Has anyone successfully done add/drop?

mine worked at 9.

apparently this year, they also bound the lecture and discussion courses together in the Math dept, so no taking one lecture, and a separate discussion.
